How do I make a small window popup into a website?

Hi.
I need a popup window for a form in a website.
How do I make such a small window?
I know how to make the popup work, but I want a small window to popup
without scrollbars on the left and below.
How do i do that using Front Page 2003 ?
I mean how can I set the size for that popup window
Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
