How do I make a report that looks like my form?

I created a form to match a paper form used in my office. Now I guess I need
a report that matches the paper form as well, so that the output report
matches the input form, more or less. What I really need is something that
allows me to show relevent information from a parent table record ,
(Location, owner address, etc,) plus all relevent records from the child
table (Date, violations,etc.)
so,
1: is this possible?
2: How?
Can I just make a report in the same manner as I made the form?
If so I still need to find out how to get multiple child table records on
the same page as the single parent table record.
Thanks very much,
-Fred

Open the form and save the form as a report. You may need to modify the
query behing the new report.

Thanks Chris do you happen to know if it is possible to have multiple
duplicates of the same subreport in the single main report? This would
essentially mean having each of the separate records (of the child table)
showing at the same time. Thanks very much,

Does that work in 2003 as I cannot find it.
