How do I make a Poster for college online course via Blackboard?

I need to make a POSTER project for an online course I'm taking. I need to
be able
to send it to my instructor via safe assign. She says there is a poster
option in word, I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Word has no ability to produce posters larger than the largest single page
size your current printer will support, up to a maximum of 22 " square.
For tiled posters you need a different application such as Publisher.
