Is there an easy way to create a desktop shortcut that will open up Word 2003
with the tools/envelopes/address menu open so I can easily address and print
a single envelope?

You could probably create a macro that access the dialog box, then create a
shortcut to Word on your Desktop that uses the "Macro switch" (/m). Don't
know off hand the way to do this using 2003, but if your macro name was
"NewEnvelope", the path to Word on your shortcut on your Desktop would be
something like (this is the actual path for Word 2002):

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE"/mNewEnvelope

Create an envelope template (or download the one from the downloads page of
my web site) and drop a shortcut to it on your desktop.
