How do I lock the tool bars in Outlook?

I like to have my screen as uncluttered as possible, and place (for example)
two tool bars side by side instead of one on top of the other. They do not
stay that way...any suggestions?
 
Outlook doesn't have a way to lock toolbars. Try deleing outcmd.dat... it
might help some stay on one line. It won;t make a difference with others,
like the BCM toolbar.
