Once you can see the auditing tool bar click on the cell that contains the
formula and press the "Trace Precendents" button on the new toolbar. This
will show you which cells are providing data. If this isn't what you want to
do then please post more details.
i'm really not sure what you're after, could you please give us a bit more
information (ie an example of your data and what you'll like to see -
however, please don't attach a workbook).
