How do I load Office onto a new computer

I am about to purchase a new computer and would like to know how do I load my
new Office onto this computer. I shared the cost of an office word 2003 with
my friends (3 registrations), so we are legal.

That is not legal. Read the EULA (End User Licence Agreement)
