How do I link three combo boxes?

Hi.

My first combo box includes countries. For instance 50 different
countries.

My second combo box includes customer names. Of course there will be
plenty of them, let us say for instance 500.

My third combo box includes phone numbers of the customers. There can
be more than one number per customer.

I would like to do this: When I select some country in my first combo
box, I will see in my second combo box ONLY these customers which are
living in that country. And when I select the right name in my second
combo box, I will see in my thrid combo box ONLY the numbers of that
customer I selected in my second combo box.

I know it is some kind of linking, but how do I do it simple?
