How do I link live stat updates on NFL.com to fantasy team?

I have my fantasy football team in excel. How do i link each stat category
(passing yards, passing TD's, Rushing Yards, Fumbles, etc.) for each player
to NFL.com's live stat updates. I have tried web queries, but they havn't
worked. I really don't know what I'm doing though. Is there a way I could
make this happen?
