how do i link a combo box to another combo box or list or text bo.

i want to use a combo box in a form to select records eg
list of part numbers in the combo, description of the part; customer;
location etc
so i want to select say part number 1000 i want the other boxes to bring up
the records of that corresponding part. how do i do this?

hi,
this is known as cascading combos. although i have used
it, i never thought of using it the way you propose. but
you must have a reason.
see these sites. some have sample code others have
downloadable sample db's. on the first site(roger's),
scroll to cascading combos.
