How do I line through data entered in an Excel worksheet without .

Want to keep data entered, but show as not used or rejected by lining through
the entry.
 
Try this...

Select the cell(s) in question
Goto the menu Format>Cells>Font tab
Select Strikethrough in the Effects group
OK out
 
You could select the relevant cells then > Format Cells and select > Effects
Strikethrough
Although Conditional Formatting may be the way to go.
What is the criteria for 'lining through' a cell?
You can set up Conditional Formatting so when that criteria is met the
cell(s) automatically line through.
