How do I know which software accessing Ip address 82.96.56.205

Whenever I connect the net Analogx's FastCache (DNS caching Software) shows
a dns lookup always to Ip address 82.96.56.205 (Hostname
front2-mx0.srv.q.p80.net)

Smart Who is displays 82.96.56.0 - 82.96.57.255

How do I know which software accessing this Ip address. I am a novice user.
Ad-aware & Spybot declared free of Trojan / Spyware / Malware etc. Anyhow
blocked the IP address with Kerio 4.2.1 Free Firewall. My System 1Ghz,384mb
ram, WinXP Pro Sp2, AntiVir AntiVirus, Kerio 4.2.1
Firewall.
