how do I know the timezone in the computer from vba?

I have a multiuser FE/BA database and I am planning to implement a login log
but the users can login from different timezones. Is there a way that the
front end logs also the timezone? I am using my welcome screen form to do the
logging into a table in the BE but I also want to log the timezone in the
machine running the front end.
