In Power Point - Instead of having to click on the drawing tool after each
line, is there a way to click on the line drawing tool and keep it locked on?
In 2007 right click the line icon and select 'lock drawing mode' (be warned
there is a bug and this doesn't seem to work for all tools - does for a line
though). Pre-2007 double click the line icon. Press 'Esc' once you're done.
Thank you for your help, Lucy. I did try that earlier in the pre-2007 but it
didn't take, so I assumed it wasn't the right trick. Anyway, now it worked
correctly.
