How do I keep storing email locally, but share my calendar with m.

I want to continue storing my email in my local PST file, but I want to grant
full read/write access to my calendar to my secretary. How can I set it up
so that when I receive meeting requests they are routed to my calendar on the
exchange server. Basically, I want to continue storing my email locally, but
want to make the calendar on the server the default, and basically do away
with my local calendar. We're using Exchange 2003, Office 2003, and my
secretary already has Publishing Editor permissions for my mailbox.

Thanks for any help!

Set your delivery location to Exchange and move mail by rules to the .pst
file.
