how do i keep my templates from changing in word 2007?

The answer without the word 2007 added was not do able in 2007. I don't have
the selections used.
 
I'm afraid we don't know what you are talking about, since you seem to have

I didnt realize the rest of the question didn't go wirh the question.
I have templets setup for making user manuals. They are setup with memo
type numbering indenting and faunts. and the definitions of the headings and
the TOC keep changing. i checked out a thread on how to stop it. and in word
2007 i couldn't fid any of the menus listed.
this is driving me crazy.
