When I'm working fast I'm clicking the mouse so often that meeting reminders
end up going to back (behind "Solid Works") before I see them. This has been
happening for years. How do I keep them up until I click directly on them?

Change your desktop notifications to show a longer time. I think there is
a registry setting that can be upped but I can't remember where to find the
exact information for setting this registry key.

There is no setting to cause the reminder to remain on top of all other
windows.
