Whenever I try to copy an e-mail message into a MS-Word document, it gets
scattered and is not well aligned.
What us the best way to copy it down and have it justified and fit in the
chosen page?

how are you copying the e-mail? Just the text or what?

just reread your post.

OK - copy and paste the text into word and run the AUTOFORMAT (click FORMAT and select autoformat and look at the options because there are specific things there you can do to strip some unnecessary code that usually is in an e-mail message. Try that and see what happens.

There is a freeware utility 'stripmail' linked from the downloads page of my
web site that addresses this issue simply.
