How do I introduce a list box / combo box in MS Word with values

Can some one please let me know how to introduce a drop down list box / combo
box in Word. And how do I fill in values for this list box??

A combo box is an ActiveX control, inserted from the Controls Toolbox. These
controls are really intended for UserForms and not documents. There are also
list box controls, and there is a dropdown list form field on the Forms
