How do I insure each page publishes in Front Page format?

Each of my pages publishes in the front page format except one. This one
page publishes in explorer format. Can anyone tell me why?
 
Not familar with the term "explorer format" (actually not
familar with the term "Front page format" either). Pages
are published in "HTML".

Could you elaborate? Are you not getting HTML pages or
what?
 
Could you explain what you mean by "Explorer format"??

Do mean the html shows in the page??
