How do I install system support for multi languages in XP Home? I need to
add Russian for a PowerPoint presentation but can't get it to activate. Help

You can't. You'd need to upgrade to a Volume License of WinXP Pro to
support a multi-lingual interface.

XP Home doesn't support the MUI, and you probably don't need it anyway.

What you can very likely do instead is install a Cyrillic font, if you don't
already have one, then choose the characters required.

It's not necessary to change the OS language for a PowerPoint presentation.
