how do i install publisher 2003 in windows vista premium

am trying to install publisher 2003, which i bought last year,on my new
computer with windows vista premium and it wont let me install
 
You might do better in a Publisher or Vista forum. This one is for Word?

Are you getting an error? How far along in the installation do you get before it
stops?
