How do I install access 2002 on XP

Try to install Access 2002 on office small business and get error message
1608. do I need to buy newer version.

This error is associated with trying to install the upgrade version of a
product when you don't have a qualifying product installed.

If you don't own one of the qualify products, you need to get the full
product version.
