Newbie: Running WindowsXP, SP2

I installed and ran "NortonWinDoctor" today. The program revealed 3 missing
dll errors.

"learn32.dll"
"pctree32.dll"
"hpgreg32.dll"

I learned today that "learn32.dll" and "pctree32dll" are located in a folder
called "training". I found that folder on my computer.

From what I understand, I need to copy and place them in the folder where
the error occured.

"C:\\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB923723$\ORUN32.EXE" cannot find a necessary file,
""pctree32dll"
"C:\\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB923723$\ORUN32.EXE" cannot find a necessary file,
""learn32.dll"

I would appreciate learning how to do that.

Also, where will I find the "hpgreg32.dll?

Thank you.

hpgreg32.dll is a dll related to HP software. Do you have any HP device? If so, reinstall its software. BTW, I wouldn't use software such as "Norton Win Doctor".

Yes, I have two HP devices. One printer and One combination printer, scanner
and fax machine. Any way to know which device is missing hpgreg32.dll? Both
devices seem to be operating fine. I'm receiving no error on my pc. The
errors are only noted by "Norton WinDoctor."

Since you are not receiving error messages, I would suggest two things:

- Forget the errors
- Uninstall WinDoctor.

Problem resolved, thank you for your help.
