How do I insert multiple word documents in an access table w a date. My goal
is to save an outlook email as an image and upload it to an access table. The
email will provide historical updates to a project. There could be multiple
emails for one project.

Wiget,

While you do not want to store images of anything in an Access database
becase it will cause bloating. You could store the actual eMail and it's
attachments. Sample code to do so...

For the Word documents you could store a link to the document with which you
could Open/View the document.
