How do I insert automatic line breaks at the end of each line?

I have a long file and at the end of each line, I need to automatically
insert a line break (equivalent of a manual shift+Enter) where Word is
wrapping it up.

Would be grateful for guidance on how to do that. Please dont ask me to do
it manually!

If you save in a .txt format, line breaks will be inserted automatically.

The nature of your question suggests that you are attempting to generate
something from your Word doc for some other purpose than as a doc. If you
can share what your objective is there may be some options available.
