How do I insert a picture of Powerpoint in my presentation?

I need to show how to do something on PowerPoint, but I need to put the
template face of PowerPoint on the slide so that I can animate with some
arrows how to do a certain process. How would I put that "picture" on the
slide??

There is a wide range of ways for you to do this. The simplest is to use
the PntScrn function to 'capture the image and paste it into PowerPoint.
The use an animated arrow to 'mimic the cursor.

A much nicer solution is to use TechSmith's SnagIt to capture a still image
or Camtasia to capture the actual screen with cursor movements as a movie..
