How do I insert a new table into a split database?

I have a split database, I've designed a new table. How do I get the table
into the front end db so I can also design a corresponding subform?

You've already added the table to the Back End?

Open the Front end.
Click on Files + Get External data + Link
Navigate to the new table and link to it.
