how do I insert a map to a meeting request in outlook 07

in outlook 03 I could add a map to my meeting request. Now in outlook 07 I
can not seem to be able to add a map. Is there a way to do this?
 
I have downloaded and installed Maps Live. When I open a calendar appointment
and click the "Location" button (with a valid address in the location field),
I get the screen that tells me to install "Windows Live Local for Outlook."
Also, the Start Location field is inactive...I cannot type in it. Please help.

I'm having the very same problem. Wondering if you have resolved this issue?
