How do i insert a Flash .exe file into PowerPoint?

John this works well with a Flash Shockwave file but Flash Player .exe does
not work?

If you want to use the exe it must be inserted as an object. Insert >
Object from the menu.

You can insert a Flash .exe by building a hyperlink to it.

Here is another way :
Click on "Slide Show," then "Action Buttons." Choose the "blank" button.
Drag a box in the lower-right corner of your slide. In the dialog box that
pops up, check Run Program and browse to the Flash.exe. then click OK.The
button you created will link this slide show to the Flash.exe. then you can
do things like change the appearance of the button.
