How do I insert a file that has a number list

I am trying to insert a "Word" file that has a numbering/bullet list. It
looks great at first, but when I re-open the page, all of the words have
shifted to the left side of the page.

The problem rests in the tool used. Word is a word
processor. FrontPage is a Web authoring tool.

I'm sorry, I inadvertantly click send. Open Notepad and
open the Word document, select the text, copy to the
clipboard and paste to Notepad to remove formatting. Select
the text in Notepad and copy to the clipboard, and then
paste into your FrontPage web page. Format as desired.
 
you could use the number-list/bullets in Frontpage itself, and redo them.
Copy/paste from Word to FP doesn't always work and then look as you expect it to.
