How do I insert a cehckbox?

Hello:

I am trying to create a form that has a checkbox and radio buttons.

I do not see these objects in the controls under the Developer menu option.

They are not available under the Content Controls that you insert via the
Developer menu option.

For Check Boxes, take a look at the Checkbox template available at

http://www.addbalance.com/word/download.htm#CheckboxAddIn

If you really need a radio button, you will have to resort to the use of
Active X controls that can be done via the Legacy Controls item in the
Controls section of the Developer Ribbon. I would avoid it however if I
were you.
