how do i input a calendar for selection in a tabel?

I have a tabel in Word and I need to input a calendar that people can select
from when inputting data into the table

Word offers no kind of calendar control that you can use.

There may be some you can use in conjunction with VBA code, but they will
probably
- trigger macros security
- require you to purchase licenses for distribution

I think there are a couple of solutions on the Internet you can use for
UserForms that present a "calendar" in the form of buttons on the form. You'd
need some way of triggering the display of the form, but if it's freely
available on the Internet it at least wouldn't cost you anything. One such tool
is presented in the "Office vBA Macros you can Use Today" book.
