G Gord Dibben Sep 24, 2009 #4 I gave you two options. Which one is "that"? Wider..............drag the column header wider or Format>Column>Autofit Selection Merge cells...................select A1 and B1 and Format>Cells>Merge Or hit the Merge cells Icon on the formatting toolbar. Gord
