How do I incorporate a Flash (swf) movie into a FP page?

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to incorporate a Flash (swf) movie
into a FP page?
I need it to play back in its own small window within the same page,
rather than another window popping up at full size in the browser.

Can anyone help please?

If your using Frontpage 2003 it's easy. Go to INSERT> PICTURE and you'll see a selction for "Movie in Flash Format". Insert your .SWF file and then right click on it after it's added to the page. There is a number of parameters to set the way you would like.
