How do I include the NAMES of the days in the week display

I wish to have the Names of the days (ie Monday, Tuesday etc) in the week
display alongside the date. How do I do this?
 
Adjust your Long Date Format under Control Panel->Regional settings - it
should include dddd for the full day to display in Outlook.
