How do I import tabular data from Excel into Access?

Is the wizard the best way to start, or is there an insider way to start?

Please let me know, not sure if i'm using this passport correctly.

You can import or link an Excel spreadsheet. Make sure that the data or
column headers start at the first row and that there's no fancy formatting
to create problems with field identification.
