How do I import Symantec Q&A to Access

A customer needs to import data from Symantes Q&A to Access. Anyone konw how
to do this. They have Access 2000 but will upgrade to 2007 if needed.

I know nothing about Q&A other than I have heard of it.
If it has its data external to the application and you have an ODBC driver
for it, you should be able to import the data directly; otherwise, if Q&A has
the ability to export to Excel or a delimited text file, you can export its
data to one of those formats then import them into Access.
