How do I import Schedule+7.5 into Outlook?

Just installed Outlook 2003. Want to import calendar, appointments, contacts,
to do list into Outlook. How do I do it?
 
I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
