how do I import outlook 2003 mail messages into outlook express ?

I have installed a new computer and want to import all my old e-mail meesages
from outlook 2003 to outlook express - is it possible & how do I do it ?

from outlook 2003 to outlook express - is it possible & how do I do it ?

Outlook must be installed on the new computer. Once that is completed,
use Outlook Express' File > Import menu command to import the messages
from Outlook into Outlook Express.
