How do I import Outlook 2000 contacts into Outlook 2007?

How do I import Outlook 2000 contacts into Outlook 2007? Can this be done?
 
It can, but why would you want to? Importing is never the correct way to
transfer Outlook data. Data files from Outlook 2000 can easily be opened in
later versions.
