How do i import old messages from Netscape Messenger to Outlook 2.

I am trying to import archived messages from Netscape Messenger to our
current email, Outlook 2003. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

What version of Netscape?
 
When i open the message in notepad, it says netscape messenger server 2003

There's no such thing.

What are the files called? (With extension if any please)
