How do I import my internet favorites to Outlook 2003 Pro?

I am trying to view my favorite's through Outlook 2003? Can this be done?

Simply add the Favorites menu to your Toolbar via View-> Toolbars->
Customize...

I can go into there and the only options I have are for the organize
favorites and add to favorites, not just a favorites option.

In the Categories section choose Menu Bar, the Favorites command is listed
there.
