how do I import my hotmail contacts to outlook

I am trying to find away to tranfer my hotmail contacts to outlook I have
a toshiba e400
 
Try using Outlook Express. That used to work. You should then be able
to export and import into Outlook. I am assuming that you already have
other contacts in Outlook. There might be a better way if you are
loading Outlook with data for the first time.
