How do I import mail from Netscape 7 into Outlook 2007?

How can I import my mails fron Netscape 7 to Outlook 2007 ?? I have the mails
on Thunderbird as well if that helps. have been tryting to get this done for
some time and have had no success. I did use AidMail to convert Netscape
mails to EML format but still cnat get them into Outlook 2007. Help !!!!!!

Export to Windows Mail/Outlook Express and from WM/OE export to Outlook.

Thanx Roady. Only problem is that Windows Mail in Vista doesnt have a direct
import selection for Netscape and neither does Outlook 2007. I used Aid4Mail
t convert mails into EML an dthen manually copied them into Windows Mail and
am then having Outlook 2007 import them.

Isnt there an easier way???
