How do I import/forward my Hotmail account to my Gmail account?

I just got a blackberry and my hotmail account is sending so much spam, I
have been told that I can forward/import hotmail to my Gmail account. I am
using outlook
 
Not an Outlook question. Either consult the help files for Hotmail or for Gmail.
