How do I import email from an older Outlook installation?

I had a blue screen of death, page fault, so I ended up making my secondary
drive my primary, and my primary drive my secondary. Before it happened I
had not performed a .PST export for all my email and contacts. I reinstalled
Outlook to my new primary drive but how can I get all that data back? The
old primary drive (now secondary) still has all the data (programs in the
program files folder and application data under Documents and Settings), but
I dont' know how to move it back. I've got important email and family
contacts I have to get back... :(

If I just copy the Outlook application data folder over to the C:\ drive
location, will that work?
