How do I import contact info from an excel spreadsheet to outlook

I am trying to take an excel spreadsheet with names, addresses, emails and
multiple phone numbers and export it to the contact section of outlook. I am
VERY new to outlook, so all help would be appreciated!

Open Outlook and click Help. Search for "Import".
 
Create a couple of contacts with all the information that you want to
import. Then export that to a .csv. Compare that output to your excel
spreadsheet and massage yours accordingly.
