Carey perhaps you could pass on to whoever wrote the instructions on that
site that there is a MAJOR flaw.
as we all know, Outlook works on "modified date". If the OP uses the Import
function in Outlook (as the site says) then ALL the "sent Items" at least
will have their date changed to the date of import. All the other mail will
have the Modified date changed to the date of Import.
the BEST way to do it is to actually export FROM OE to outlook. That keeps
all the dates correct.
If you follow the instructions on the site Carey posted for importing mail
to Outlook on the same machine, DON'T! it will cock-up all the dates on
your mail.
In OE go to File-Eport and export your mail FROM OE TO Outlook.
You can still import your Contacts the other way, just make sure that you
UNCHECK to "Mail" box when you do so.
