how do I import addresses from a floppy in "a" drive to outlook

I had to reformat my c drive. Previously I saved My e-mail address on to a
floppy.
Now I don't know hot to import it to MS Office Outlook 2003.

Look in Outlook help and search for "Import".

Open Outlook, file, import and export, chose import from another program or
file, and the select the file type.
